Family-managed recruiting

Privacy & retention.

Private messages

The family inbox stores your name, reply email, optional organization, reason and message. Messages are not public. Authorized family access is restricted. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or private information about minors.

Minimal aggregate activity

We count daily page views, film plays, directory-link clicks and successful contact submissions. These totals are not unique people and do not identify coaches. No analytics cookies, visitor IDs, fingerprinting or third-party analytics are used. We do not retain raw IP addresses, user agents or referrer queries as analytics. DNT and Global Privacy Control are respected where available; repeated activity and bots can affect totals.

Abuse prevention and hosting

Short-lived, daily-rotating server-salted shared-source hashes and global counters help limit abuse. Address headers are not trusted; all callers share a conservative limit bucket. They are never shown as analytics. Standard hosting and sign-in infrastructure may process IP addresses and operational logs; this is not a promise of anonymity across all infrastructure. Family sign-in uses essential authentication session storage, separate from public analytics.

Retention and requests

Messages are recoverably archived after 180 days and remain accessible to the authorized family, who can restore their status. Cleanup never permanently deletes inbox messages or drafts. Private drafts are preserved; permanent deletion is disabled. Aggregate counts are eligible for cleanup after 365 days. Abuse-counter buckets stop applying to rate limits when their time window ends; expired counters are physically purged on the next public write or manual family cleanup. Expired records can remain stored until that cleanup occurs; there is no guaranteed physical-purge deadline or scheduled cleanup. Use the contact form to request review of your message, providing enough information for the family to locate it. There is no permanent deletion control in this workspace.
